Temple Square Lights
We had a fun filled day this past Saturday. Nic went to the Snow College National Championship game and they won!!! He had a lot of fun hanging out with a lot of his family. Julie and I decided to go shopping instead of going to the football game. Nixon was such a sport, but after a couple hours, he was spent! Typical boy. HAHA. He gets tired shopping just like his dad. I LOVED this picture of him passed out in the stroller holding onto his cuddle blankey and Whitey (his stuffed deer).
After the football game, we met up with Nic and headed up to downtown Salt Lake. We met up with our friends Desiree and Trevor and their little girl Zoey. We went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse and then headed up to the temple. It was absolutely gorgeous but FREEZING!!!! We didn't stay for too long, but we were able to see most of the lights. Luckily we went up prepared.
Here are Nixon and I all bundled up. I'm pretty sure that we did a good job with Nixon. He had jeans that are lined with fleece on the inside on, his snow boots, his big puffy coat, gloves, a beanie and then we bundled him up in his blanket. I'm glad he stayed warm cause it was seriously SO SUPER cold!
Our cute little family!
The hubby and I.
Here is Nixon and his little friend Zoey. Her mom babysits Nixon while I'm at work. I'm glad he has a friend that he gets to play with during the day. They are almost exactly 1 year apart.
