Nixon Turns 3

Nixon turned 3 on January 5th.
Nic and I can't believe that we have a 3 year old.
He is such a wild little boy.
Very hyper.
Full of life.
Very active.
Very smart.
Naughty.
He has quite the little smart mouth on him.
He LOVES his sister so much.
He's always telling us how much he loves us.

The birthday boy.
He was SO excited for his party.
He wanted a baseball party so that's what he got.

I thought it would be cute to have food that you get at a baseball game.
We had hot dogs and nachos.
The kids were able to make their own goody bags with the candy.
I was SO excited about the cracker jacks as the favors.
They turned out super cute.

We had SO many good friends and family come over for his party.
He had all his little friends over and I don't know that I've seen him more excited.
Nixon and Dirk are a couple months apart and have so much fun together.

This super cute cake was made by my friend Carli.
She did an amazing job.
I loved the cake and most of all, Nixon LOVED it.

Mayzie, Dirk and Nixon.

Some of the kids waiting for their cake and ice cream.

Taytum LOVED her piece of cake.
She dug into this cake more than she did on her birthday.

Nixon got SO SUPER spoiled.
He loved all of his presents.
The kids hovered around him so they could watch him open them.
I loved it.
I loved watching him get SO excited about every single present that he opened.

Grandma Juju and Makenzie.

Kori and Christine.

Cassie and Carli.

Grandma and Grandpa Warren.

Nixon got these super cute cowboy boots from grandma and grandpa Warren and he immediately ran and put his cowboy hat on.
Then he was saying "howdy" the rest of the night.
It was so funny and so cute!

And a typical Nixon picture.
He loves to make funny faces when he takes pictures now.
He had a great birthday.
Thank you to all of our family and friends that came.
We love you all!

Christmas Festivities

We had a wonderful December.
It was full of activities and parties.
We had a lot of fun with family and friends.

Daddy and Nixon were having fun at temple square.

Mommy with her little girl.

We tried to get a good family picture.
These were the best we could get.

We started the night off with dinner at The Cheesecake Factory for Jeff's birthday.
We ended the night at temple square.

The crazy Warren grand kids doing the Noid face.

Another night we went over to the Fords house to make gingerbread houses.
Mayzie and Hudson are so stinkin cute.

Nixon loved being able to decorate his house however he wanted.
He did a good job!

Here is his house all the way done.
He was SO proud of it!

Cute Hallie.

And Taytum was obviously warn out from all of the fun.

The next party was at my Grandmas for the Evans family party.
We have a tradition every year with a pinata.
Taytum got to try hitting the pinata for her very first time this year.
She didn't do very much damage.

Then it was Nixon's turn.
He was a pro at swinging the bat.

Santa came to our house and spoiled the kids like crazy.
Here is all of Nixon's loot.

And here is all of Taytum's fun stuff.

Nixon got a full BYU football uniform.
He was SO excited about the helmet.
He was also super excited about his BYU bat and BYU ball that he got.

Tayters playing with one of her toys she got.

We ended Christmas day at my mom and dad's house.
Christmas was amazing this year.
We all got spoiled.
And most of all, we enjoyed all the time spent with family and friends.

Taytum Turns 1

Our little Tayti Bug turned 1 on December 1st.
I cannot believe how fast this last year has gone by.
She has been the biggest blessing in our lives.
We are SO lucky to have her in our family.

She is still the most mellow little girl ever.
She never cries.
She is great at entertaining herself.
She LOVES to play with her brother.
She's a great sleeper.
She LOVES to eat.
She doesn't walk yet.
The most steps she's taken at once is 8.
She loves to be held.
She loves to cuddle.
She loves to dance.

We had a fun birthday party with our family and close friends.
I loved planning it.

We had some yummy finger foods.

And a delicious hot chocolate bar.

She was a happy little girl on her birthday.

Nixon loved helping her open her presents.

This amazing cake was made by my good friend Tina over at cheatdaytreats.blogspot.com.
It was Taytums smash cake and I didn't even want her to dig into it because it was SO cute.
She's amazing at what she does.
And not only did it look amazing, it tasted just as amazing.

She didn't get too crazy with her cake.
She was a dainty little girl when it came to eating her cake.
It was cute.
We had a great party.
She got spoiled.
We are spoiled to have her.
And thank you to all of our family and friends to came to her party.
We love you all!
